Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. If you do not agree with all the conditions of purchase, you should not place an order.

Contents and information provided on the website

PERDINE S.A. reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time, without these modifications affecting orders already placed. PERDINE S.A. makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time an error of this type occurs, which is at all times beyond the control of PERDINE S.A., it will be corrected immediately.

The contents of the PERDINE S.A. website may, on occasion, display provisional information on certain products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost on their part.

Method of payment

When placing the order, the customer may freely choose to pay for purchases made by card; by cash on delivery to the geographical areas available for this option, or by other similar means. In certain cases and in order to prevent possible frauds, PERDINE S.A. reserves the right to request a specific form of payment from a customer in the event that the identity of the buyer is not reliably accredited.

Shipping method, costs and delivery time

Customers will be able to select the shipping method from among the possible ones for their shipping zone. Customers should bear in mind that delivery times, quality of service, point of delivery and cost will be different for each form of transport.

PERDINE S.A. sends orders to its customers through different transport companies of recognized national and international prestige. The delivery date to the customer’s home depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. Approximate transport times are available in the corresponding section of our website. Before confirming an order we will inform the customer about shipping costs and transportation times. In the event of variations, CASTLE AGROINDUSTRIAL will notify the customer of any variation by e-mail and the customer may choose to cancel their order without being liable for any cost.

Buyer’s rights and returns policy

PERDINE S.A. will inform customers of the indicative deadlines for the delivery of orders.

PERDINE S.A. guarantees its customers who are consumers the rights recognized under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 19 November. The food products sold by PERDINE S.A. do not have the right of withdrawal; for other products, the customer who has the status of consumer will have a period of fourteen days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased. The customer must inform PERDINE S.A. within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, of their wish to exercise their right of withdrawal. The customer must bear the costs of return.

Customers will be able to return any item that was purchased in the circumstances under which the Law expressly recognizes them as having this right. In these cases, PERDINE S.A. will return the purchase amount through a credit card payment, by means of a bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by crediting their personal account within a maximum period of 14 days, counted from when the product was received, unless legally prescribed to the contrary.

If a product other than that requested by the customer was delivered by error of PERDINE S.A., it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the buyer.

For any incident related to the return of items from our store customers can contact our Customer Service Department via email info@perdine.com. Complaints submitted by customers who hold the status of consumers under the terms of current legislation will be dealt with by the customer service of PERDINE S.A.. Complaints may be sent to any of the contact details specified in this legal notice, and will be answered by the appropriate means within a maximum period of 30 days.

Obligations of the customer

The customer undertakes at all times to provide accurate information on the data requested in the forms of user registration or order, and to keep them updated at all times.

The customer also undertakes to keep their personal access codes to our website confidential and with the utmost diligence.

The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the order requested by providing a delivery address in which it can be received within the usual time of delivery of goods. In the event of non-compliance by the customer with this obligation, PERDINE S.A. shall have no responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

Sales made with PERDINE S.A. are subject to Spanish legislation. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction shall be that which corresponds according to the procedural rules in force.

Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.

The withdrawal period shall expire on the 14th calendar day of the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your name, your full address and, if available, your telephone number, your fax number and your e-mail address, your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. You also have the option of electronically completing and submitting the model withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement via our website https://perdine.com/en/contact/.If you make use of this option, we will inform you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such a withdrawal”.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In the event of a withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive method of ordinary delivery that we offer) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any event, you will incur no expense as a result of the refund.
